Making an appearance in this episode was Prentis Hancock (left), as "2nd reporter", who is best known as "Paul Morrow" in Gerry Anderson's live-action science fiction series Space: 1999. He also made appearances in Planet of the Daleks (Season 10), Planet of Evil (Season 13), and The Ribos Operation (Season 16).
